The Primastar’s driver-friendly technology includes power steering, an audio system, air-conditioning via a newly designed ventilation console, a door locking switch, rear heater switch, power windows and central locking doors. High comfort seating with 3-way adjustment and an adjustable steering wheel reduce driver fatigue on long journeys.

The dashboard mounted gear lever is conveniently located for the driver, and its position away from the cab floor means there is easy access in and around the cab. The Nissan Primastar also benefits from class-leading sound proofing.

The passenger compartment can be configured to meet almost any business requirement, transporting cargo as well as up to nine people. So your Primastar can carry your workmates and their tools or your sports team and their kit, safely and efficiently.

Responsive on the street, the Nissan Primastar handles like a car and is equipped with your choice of high performance diesel engines. The class-leading 1.9 litre dCi diesel engine is available with 74kW and 240Nm outputs, providing easy load hauling, quiet cruising and vigorous acceleration.

Equipped with a sturdy 6 speed gearbox, the Nissan Primastar is a pleasure to drive. The wider spread of gear ratios means high torque at low speeds, allowing you to take full advantage of the diesel engine.

At the front, an anti-roll bar is attached directly to the spring/damper unit, ensuring steering precision and exceptional ride comfort. At the rear, the torsion-tube axle is located by trailing arms and a Panhard rod.

The Nissan Primastar was designed to keep you and your cargo or passengers as safe as possible so you can drive with confidence and concentrate on business. With a range of active and passive safety systems, you can be sure to end each journey as you started it †cool, calm and in control.

Disc brakes all round and ventilated front discs with twin-piston callipers provide fade resistant braking and set a benchmark in the compact mini bus sector. The Primastar stops as well as it drives, offering one of the best braking performances in its class. Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) and is available with ABS to prevent the wheels from locking, keeping you in control. Dual airbags and seatbelts with pre-tensioners are standard. Remote central door locking is particularly useful when unloading in busy streets.
