The Perfect Butt

By: Gaye Sougstad Home | Health-and-Fitness | Beauty

Using a range of cosmetic surgery techniques it is possible to improve your buttocks in a number of ways. Using a butt lift it is possible to make the bottom more pert and to prevent sagging. This makes it appear firmer, more youthful and healthier while filling out clothes in a more obvious and flattering way. At the same time using liposuction it is possible to remove the fat from the butt in order to prevent cellulite and 'wobbling'. Again this makes the butt appear far firmer and more attractive as a result and gives it a much better appearance under and above clothes. Using liposuction it's also possible to improve the areas around the buttocks which will make the whole 'rear view' far more pleasing and which will make you feel a lot better.

In other words, using a butt lift and liposuction, it is possible to get the 'perfect' backside, but this raises the question †what is the perfect butt? How do you use a butt lift and liposuction to get the butt that will appeal to the most people and make you feel most confident?

First of all it's important to recognise that the perfect male butt and the perfect female butt are two different things and that a butt lift isn't only something that's available to the latter group. Anyone who wants to change the look of their butt can use a butt lift or liposuction and the way they do so will of course vary depending on their sex. At the same time we should recognise that there is no single 'perfect butt' and that this is a subjective matter †meaning that whatever your bum looks like someone will appreciate it.

However there are still butts that will appeal to more people than others and you can achieve this with a butt lift. For women the perfect rear must be round and is often compared to a peach. This means that it should protrude, but that means more outwards than to the sides. A wide butt is not really what you want. At the same time, the butt tuck should be used to lift the bum so that it doesn't sag down and it should look toned †made mostly from muscle rather than fat but with a soft layer over the top.

A man's buttocks meanwhile should not stick out in any direction. The appearance of a man whose buttocks protrude is not a desirable one and can make them look as though they are 'waddling'. However that doesn't mean there should be no ass, and what's there should be hard and firm (more so that the woman's) so liposuction should be used to remove fat while exercise should be used to strengthen the glutes (the muscles covering the buttocks).

Once you achieve this you will find that the opposite sex are more likely to find you attractive, and you will find that you can more confidently dress in clothes that show off your buttocks. At the same time everything you wear will look better on your bottom half and you can rest assured that the view from behind is as appreciated as the one from the front.
