THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND LOSING WEIGHT Are you one of those millions of people who are unhappy with their weight or the way they look? How many diet plans have you tried and tested? Or would you rather not think about them....? I am hoping the information I share with you about losing weight and diets may help you with making decisions on your next diet plan. I have been researching on the most frequently asked questions about losing weight: Why do we put on weight? Does exercising help lose weight? Or maybe you would want to know: Is food really responsible for our weight gain? You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day. In the last decade or even longer we have been introduced to and advised on taking regular exercises and using health centres. There is a huge range of low fat food on the market everything is labelled to give us a clear idea of the daily intakes of fat, carbohydrates and so on...but have you ever thought about it deeply? Although we have access to all these diet plans, there is a growing concern about the future and why there has there not been a breakthrough on losing weight. Clearly we have not been given all the facts on the food we eat; we have this mental thought that eating food makes us gain weight...that is absolutely incorrect. Read on to find out what makes us gain weight, read on... Food is the key to lose weight because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day. You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight. The pattern you eat it is also very important; our body is like an 'engine' and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day. If you don't eat the right foods you will end up storing it in your body as fat. Beginning to lose weight has nothing to do with jogging or starving yourself all day. The reason you cannot lose weight by starving yourself is because your metabolism will detect any major drop in calorie intake and it will then ADJUST ITSELF by burning few calories each day. It's as simple as this: if you begin to eat 2000 calories a day your metabolism adjusts to burning the 2000 calories. When you starve yourself and adjust your daily intake to 1000 calories, again your metabolism adjust to only burning the 1000 calories; therefore, you don't lose any weight...even though you've reduced your calorie intake. You may have noticed that your friends are eating more than you do but are not putting on weight, while you are eating far less than them and are still not losing anything. This means that your body will be given different types and quantities of calories each day.....which confuses your metabolism and forces FASTER fat loss. The human body takes several days to 'sense' any change in calories- so if you SHIFT your calories then your body gets 'confused' and begins burning extra fat tissue. We all are different- hence our metabolisms are different and work completely according to our health and diet. There are some foods which help to increase a fast fat-burning metabolism. In other words, something which might help my metabolism may not necessarily help yours. In conclusion, fat gain is not due to eating too much. You gain fat for eating too little of the right foods.
