The Symptoms Of Diabetes

By: Parker Home | Health-and-Fitness | Diabetes

The symptoms of early-stage Diabetes are very hidden and difficult to observe. Different disease condition has different symptoms. When it is mild, the symptoms are hidden and when it is severe, the symptoms will be angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and heart failure. When more severe, it will be accompanied by typical symptoms, such as, urinary tract infection, tuberculosis and etc.

€€€€First, the patient is easy to be hungry and eat more. Due to loss of sugar, the sugar can’t be utilized fully. Besides, high blood glucose stimulates insulin secretion, so the patient will have a strong appetite and be likely to be hungry and eat more. Sometimes, they can eat staple food up to 0.5kg to 1kg and more dishes double than normal people, which is still not enough for them. But when sometimes the patient’s appetite suddenly decreases, you should pay attention to whether they have infection, fever, acidosis, ketosis and etc. Polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia are often clinically referred to as "Three more†Disease.

€€€€Second, polyuria and polydipsia. The patients pass water frequently, even two dozen times from day to night for severe ones. They get up several times at night, which will affect sleep. Because of frequent micturition and more urine each time, the total urine volume will be more than 2-3L or even 10L. Frequent micturition leads to dehydration and the patient will be very thirsty. So the amount and frequency of water intake will increase, proportional to blood glucose concentration, urine volume and the amount of lost sugar. When insulin deficiency and ketoacidosis occur, the resorption of sodium and potassium ions will be difficult and polyuria becomes severe, leading to plasma concentration, affecting osmotic pressure. As a result, hyperosmolar coma and other serious consequences will happen.

€€€€Third, pruritus, which is more common in female’s genitals, caused by the urine sugar stimulating the local. Sometimes when Candida albicans vaginitis occurs, itching will be more severe accompanied by leukorrhea and other secretions. Water loss can also cause dry and itchy skin, but it is rare.

€€€€Fourth, fatigue, weight loss and weakness. Due to metabolic disorders, reduced use of energy, negative balance nitrogen, dehydration and electrolyte, or even ketosis, the patient often feels tired and weak. Especially, the young patient (typeâ...) and severe patient (type â...) will suffer from significant weight loss, up to several kilogrammes, and their labor force often weakeneds. The growth of macronosia young patients will be inhibited and they will have a short stature, sallow complexion, less shiny hair and physical weakness. But middle-aged patients with mild type â... often have obesity due to polyphagia.

€€€€Fifth, other symptoms: limb pain and numbness, back pain, loss of libido, impotence and infertility, menstrual disorders, constipation, visual disturbances and so on. Sometimes the patient has intractable diarrhea and two to six times thin paste stool per day, not inflammatory but vegetative nerve functional disturbance. Sometimes, the patient is accompanied by orthostatic hypotension, sweating and gatism, which are caused by the disease and its complications.

€€€€Stem cell transplant for treating Diabetes has many advantages. Stimulated by the injury signals, the transplanted allogeneic stem cells will proliferate in the body and differentiate directionally to repair or replace insulin-secreting cells. As long as it can be repaired well, the disease condition will improve and after healing, it won’t relapse.
