Have you checked whether the providers of the accommodation supply fresh towels in your apartment? There's nothing worse than jumping out of the shower, ready for a ramble, and finding that there is no means to dry off. Either call ahead to double check if towels are supplied, or take your own, just to be sure. 2) A sharp kitchen knife.
