Based in Jacksonville, Florida -- the Jaguars are a professional football team which goes back to 1995, even though the team is quite knew they had had several accomplishments which are worth mentioning. They started out as members of the American football conference Central division from 1995 to 2001, and from 2002 to the present they have been part of the AFC South division. The Jaguars as well as the Panthers joined the NFL as expansion teams back in 1995. Championships and Important Moments: During the six years that they were part of the AFC Central division they were able to conquer two championships in two consecutive years, the first one in 1998 and then the good again in 1999. In 1998 they were the first expansion team to make the playoffs three times during their first four seasons of play. The hats have been sold for about $20 a piece in order to help out the victims of the recent F5 tornado which destroyed a great portion of Parkersburg, Iowa. Parkersburg is also the hometown of Brad Meester who is a Jaguar football team member. According to the team coach Jack Del Rio as was many fans the physical condition of the Quarterback David Garrard continues to improve which is a good sign because there are still three OTAs left which can be used to further improve the skills and synchronization of the Quarterback with the rest of the team, with so many improvements tickets for the Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to sell very fast.
