Massage is the treatment of external layers of muscle and connective tissue to improve and boost up the functioning and give relaxation, comfort, freshness and well being. Massage therapy is very well liked by people. Mostly people opt massage therapy for relaxation and peace of mind.

Massage engages performing on and controlling the body with pressure †structured, unstructured, †tension, motion, or vibration, stationary, or moving done manually or with mechanical aids. Acupressure therapy uses the fingers, elbow or other implement to apply pressure of varying degrees to a targeted area of the body. Acupressure relieves muscle tension, increases blood circulation and promotes natural energy flow within the body. Acupressure is used in a variety of practices and modalities such as Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology and others.

Facial Massage: it is a type of massage performed on the face, ears, neck and scalp of the client. It is a category of massage that includes both therapeutic and relaxation techniques. Facial Massage can be performed as an indulgent experience, with exfoliating and moisturizing treatments designed to refresh and rejuvenate..

Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy uses concentrated scents such as essential oils and natural herbs to promote physical and psychological well-being and to promote relaxation or stimulation of certain mental functions. It can also include applying oils or extracts onto the skin to be absorbed by the body. Some essential oils, when used in this way, can aid in health, hygiene and physical appearance.

Breath Therapy: It is based on two central ideas. First, that the natural human breathing function operates at only a fraction of its full capacity and second, that Breath Therapy can restore the circulation of oxygen to the proper and full amount needed by the body.

Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage: this massage therapy is very beneficial for the expectant mother and the unborn child as well. Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, and can also improve the outcome of labor. The effects of massage on the health of the child while in-utero, have been shown to be very positive and lasting.
