Vaginal Yeast Infection Cure

As long as you are not pregnant and you are very familiar with the symptoms, the over-the-counter drugs may help you cure the infection.. Your choices are cream or tables. Some women prefer the tablets since it is not messy like cream. The tablets are put in the vagina.

If you have never developed a yeast infection in your life and you have some its symptoms, you should see the doctor. But, if you have had yeast infection before and know the symptoms and if you are not expecting a baby, you can try over-the-counter medicine.

The options are an antifungal cream or antifungal pills. You put the cream in your vagina. If you choose the pills, you take them by the mouth. The side effects can be the concerns of many women. If that is the case, there are some natural treatments you can try.

You should avoid sugar whenever you can. Taking sugar can make the infection get worse. Yogurt can reduce the yeast cells. If you have infection, you can apply it in the vagina. You also should eat it daily for the prevention. When you go to the grocery store, you need to buy plain, sugar-free yogurt since sugar can make the infection worse.
