Vitamins for healthy skin- Some vitamins pills, have demonstrated antioxidant qualities. Several companies engaged in skin care have incorporated these vitamins in their products with the hope of slowing the aging process of the skin, or at least its appearance.

Vitamins for healthy skin most commonly used

Vitamin E
Using vitamin E for skin care has many benefits. It is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to combat free radicals that cause signs of aging. Examples are smoke free radicals, pollutants and excess sun.

Vitamin B
Vitamin B is another great addition to your products for skin care, especially if you're dry skin or reduce age spots. Use products with Vitamin B also help the appearance of your skin tone matching. In fact, it has great anti acne.

You can find labels that say vitamin B-3, B-5, B-6, B-12, etc. all of which are forms of vitamin B.
