Ways To Fight Skin Aging

By: Arnold Davies Home | Health-and-Fitness

Skin aging is a progressive process. Your body experiences wear and tear every single day. The damages do not immediately show on your skin because of the natural regenerative dermis functions. Young skin can still correct damaged tissues. But as the skin gets older, its regenerative function slows down. There will come a time when your skin can no longer repair tissues. This leads to the formation of wrinkles.

Normalize your sleep routine and get daily exercise
Sleep can help you control hormone production. This is also the time when "feel-good" hormones are released. In addition to preventing excessive dermis dryness, you are also alleviating depression and mood swings. Daily exercise can tone the muscles, prevent skin sagging and also get rid of moodiness.

These are all antioxidants but they also help your dermis a lot. Vitamin C is known to help reduce wrinkles on the inside. It is better if this is used as an internal treatment because topical ingredients with acid-based vitamin C can make you photosensitive. It helps bring forth a clearer and a rosy complexion. Vitamin E according to many studies will make you look fresh and alive.

Take Supplements
Since you can't get all the nutrients you need from food alone, you might as well use supplements to augment missing vitamins and minerals. Try taking Grape Seed Extract supplement. This contains antioxidants that work better in fighting harmful free radicals. It also contains flavanols that can strengthen skin tissues.

The same is true in getting adequate sleep. During the night while we rest, the body has the chance to regroup and rejuvenate. If sleep is deprived, the body cannot repair itself, which then shows in the form of lines and wrinkles, along with circles and bags under the eyes. On the other hand, proper sleep will help revere skin aging and help you not only look better but also feel better.

You can try using remedies you can find in your kitchen. Olive oil, coconut oil are good moisturizers. You can mix them with mashed papaya or avocado. They contain Vitamin A that can repair damaged tissues, Vitamin E that can prevent cellular oxidation and Vitamin C that can boost collagen production.

If you have age spots issues, try using lemon juice or sour milk. Lemon juice has citric acid while sour milk contains lactic acid. These can facilitate renewal of dermis tissues to reveal younger and whiter skin.

Use a complete anti aging moisturizer to correct skin issues. A moisturizer with complete ingredients can make your work easier. Look for products loaded with CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano Lipobelle HEQ10.

Get Enough Exercise - Your skin is your largest organ and when you exercise right it helps eliminate toxins from the skin and promote healthy skin circulation to keep all the skin cells in top condition. This means healthier skin and reduced fine lines and wrinkles. The reduced stress and relaxation when you exercise and afterwards regularly feels great.
