Weak Immune System And Natural Cure To Strengthen Immune System

By: Dr. Mital John Home | Health-and-Fitness

For many, their immune response system keeps them healthy and prevents infection. But for some, a weakened, compromised or impaired immune system causes a weak or low immune response. This too often leads to chronic disease or infection. The immune system is the key to fighting every kind of insult to the body, from that little shaving scratch to the gigantic amount of viruses the constantly try to invade our bodies.

A weak immune system can be caused by physical and emotional stress, loss of sleep, athletic overtraining, common bacterial or viral infections, certain drug therapies and surgery. Diets that contain excessive fat, alcohol or refined sugar can also lead to a weak immune system. As can a diet that doesn’t have enough protein, vitamin or mineral intake.

Causes of Immune System Weak: -

â€Stress.
â€Drugs.
â€Blood transfusions.
â€Surgeries.
â€Chemical exposures like radiations.

There are many nutrients needed in order to maintain a strong immune system. It is very challenging in the world we live in to obtain sufficient nutrition with the foods available to us. They are over processed and void of many essential nutrients.

For patients with a low immune system, physicians will sometimes prescribe immune-boosting medicines such as interferon, which includes protein for combating viral infections. Maintaining a balanced diet and increasing vitamin intake are also highly recommended.

â€Vitamin C, for example, is found in kiwi fruit, oranges, Chinese cabbage and berries †increasing your intake of these foods will massively increase your body’s ability to fight common viruses and infections.
â€Include in the diet chlorella, garlic and pearl barley. These foods contain germanium, a trace element beneficial for the immune system. Also giant red kelp contains iodine, calcium, iron, carotene, protein, riboflavin and vitamin C, which are necessary for the immune system’s functional integrity.
â€Lemon is an ideal source for restoring acid-alkali balance in your body. Try to squeeze out juice from lemon and add sufficient amounts of water to it. Drink this solution of lemon juice which helps your body to maintain internal climate at a particular PH level, which will help healthy bacteria to survive and destroys other harmful viruses.
â€The avocado is also a great immune system booster, containing fatty acids, protein and lots of vitamin E.
â€Blueberry is known to boost the effectiveness of vitamin C, a major strengthener of the immune system and reduce irritation production. Blueberries also can help manage the stress on the immune system by being a free radical scavenger, leave-taking the immune system to help protecting your body from the configuration and growth of cancer cells.
â€Obesity can lead to a depressed immune system. It can affect the ability of white blood cells to multiply, produce antibodies, and rush to the site of an infection.
