Week By Week Pregnancy Symptoms Avoid Complications

By: Seo Home | Health-and-Fitness | Men's-Issues

To many women, pregnancy is both pride and sorrow. It comes as pride because knowing that child will
be born soon but along with that are the sorrows of enduring multiple symptoms not just once but even
every week. Pregnancy symptoms week by week will guide the soon-to-be moms what they should
expect during the whole pregnancy.

Pregnancy is divided mainly into 3 trimesters. The first trimester that covers the first 2 month lets the
mother experience many pregnancy symptoms week by week. Women can experience fatigue, morning
sickness, depression, frequent urination; an irritable pregnant woman is also exemplified by the mother
and many others. As noticed, these can be mistaken as a PMS or other condition that is why during the
first trimester, experts call it the possible sign. Pregnancy may be possible but there are no definitive
signs yet that there is a baby inside the womb. Other symptoms include having indigestion, heart burn,
heavier breasts, waistline expansion, having changed sex drive and many others.

During the second trimester, which happens from week 13-28, the patient may have another set of
pregnancy week by week symptoms like increase in r or tachycardia and shortness of breath, stretch
marks and fuller breast will also be experienced. Braxton Hicks contraction, which is an irregular
contraction may also manifest. In this stage, the pregnancy is already â€probable†instead of â€possibleâ€.
The mother’s appetite also increased and energy is gained. Muscle cramps at night though may be felt
so taking foods high in potassium should also be taken along with the diet. Prenatal check-ups should
be done regularly to know the development of pregnancy and to avoid complications like gestational
diabetes.

In the last trimester covering weeks 29-40, pregnancy week by week symptoms are still present like
getting dizzy when standing up directly, frequent urination, swelling or edema in hands and feet. The
mother gets tired easily because the fetus is growing. During this time, there is a positive heart beat of
the fetus and this sign is a notable sign that pregnancy is â€positiveâ€. Colostrums or breast milk leaking
may also happen especially when delivery is nearing. During this time, the mother should start walking,
go to pre-natal check-ups more often and watch their diet to avoid delivery problems.
