Other risk factors including a slow metabolism, dehydration, spicy foods, certain medication (including the contraceptive pill) and not enough exercise.nnAs women age there risk of developing cellulite increases dramatically. This is because the skin begins to lose the collagen and the honeycomb like structure that hold the fat begin to lose strength causing the fat to bulge outwards.nnThe first step in fighting back against cellulite is to change your life. Drink plenty of water, exercise and consume more fruit and vegetables. Eliminate the bad foods such as coffee, chocolate and those high in fats.nnMake sure when developing your exercise program that you balance your cardio with weight bearing exercises. Don\'t worry about getting bulky. Women are unable develop large muscle. Instead concentrating on doing a well round routine that will increase your calorie count.nnConsider complimenting your exercise and diet regime with other cellulite treatments. You can consider treatments like cream, lotions, laser, wraps or laser. A quick search online will help you find more information about these treatments and will help you make an informed choice.
