"What's the right weight for my height?" today it seems to be one of the most common and important questions that every next girl and guy have and ask among one another.   • The weight for man with height 5'7" varies from 135 to 167 pounds.


Apart from this, if the height of man is more than 6'0" than the weight must be more than 147 pounds.

Height Weight Chart for Woman

  • The weight for woman with height 4'10" varies from 100 to 131 pounds.

  • The most suitable weight for woman with height 5'0" must lie between 103 to 137 pounds.

  • The most appropriate weight for woman with height 5'3" varies from 111 to 148 pounds.

  • The ideal weight for woman with height 5'5" must lie between 117 to 156 pounds.


If the height of woman is more than 5'7" than the weight must be more than 117 pounds.

Age Weight Chart for Man

The ideal weight for men between age group 20 to 29 must be 168 pounds, men between 30 to 39 must be 179 pounds. The suitable weight for man having age between 40 to 49 should be 182 pounds.

The appropriate weight for man having age between 50 to 50 should be 185 pounds and once he cross than he must have 184 pounds weight.

Proper weight for woman having age between 20 to 29 must be 132 pounds.

The ideal weight for woman having age between 30 to 39 must be 144 pounds.

The approximate weight for woman having age between 40 to 49 should be 149 pounds.

The appropriate weight for woman having age between 50 to 50 should be 158 pounds and once she cross than he must have 152 pounds weight.

However, it is important to note that the data mentioned above is just an average. There are chances that your weight may vary.
