Tobacco has been around for a number of generations and continues to thrive even until now. Today many smokers exist and many more people start smoking every single day. As tobacco products rapidly become readily available in commercial markets the number of smokers and potential smokers continue to rise. The difference nowadays is that a smoking habit is much harder to maintain and enjoy since a significant degree of attention and scrutiny has been placed over the act of smoking. And this attention is not a bad thing too since smoking has been deemed as one primary cause of cancer related deaths all over the world with casualties rising in numbers to the millions every single year. As the issue of second hand smoke is raised so does the widespread smoking ban takes effect. Smoking is not an easy habit to change and so smokers need help in curbing their ways and here is where the electronic cigarette plays a major role. The plan to decrease smokers and smoking related diseases was to decrease the amount of nicotine and tar in regular cigarettes as they are manufactured. This was a move to decrease the potential carcinogens that may enter a person's body once exposed to cigarette smoke. With these came the cigarettes referred to as lights. These lights may contain fewer chemicals but are equally harmful to the body as the ordinary cigarette. May a cigar be full flavored or light they still have harmful chemicals that people should limit their exposure to. Another alternative presented in the early years was chewing tobacco which proved harmful as well able to expose people to mouth and tongue cancers of all sorts. And so, with massive attempts in studying and researching what alternatives can be provided to curb the smoking problem of people scientists have been able to design and develop what is modernly known as the electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette looks and feels like a regular cigarette. The electronic cigarette is also used in the same way as a regular cigarette. The difference is that the electronic cigarette delivers the same nicotine buzz smokers crave for and yet does this in a way that no harmful carcinogenic chemicals enter the smoker's body. You may ask how this is possible. Well the electronic variety comes equipped with an atomizer, battery, and of course electronic cigarette cartridges or E juice as people commonly refer to it. First and foremost these electronic gizmos do not produce any smoke whatsoever. Because they are smokeless then they can be used inside public establishments where the smoking ban would usually prevent smoking. The E juice is the nicotine water which is turned into water vapor as the atomizer heats up the mechanism when a smoker puffs or inhales. The electronic cigarette is also a money saver since the units are rechargeable. Just replace the cartridge when it runs out and you are off. No more matches, lighters, and new packs of cigarettes are necessary with this.
