Although the level is a good pointer of how much you weigh, it is by no income a good pointer of how fat or slim you actually are. When you climb on a scale to calculate yourself, you are not just measuring fat.

Determining Your Body Shape

1.Hourglass: Women with an hourglass shape are often envy by all of their friends. This is because hourglasses have well-balanced upper and lower bodies, with a characteristically narrow waist.

However, if you are an hourglass, you may find that you tend to gain weight all over your body, chiefly in your hips and chest area. Hourglasses tend to be endomorphs or mesomorphs.

2.Pear: Pear-shaped women tend to have larger lower body and smaller upper bodies. If you are a pear, you will find that your hips are somewhat wider than your shoulder and that you tend to gain weight below your waist.

Pears typically have small chests and flat stomach. Most pears are mesomorphs.

3.Apple: Apples are usually bigger on the top half of their bodies than on the bottom half. They normally have slim hips and a huge chest and stomach.

Apples tend to gain weight over the waist or along the backside. The preponderance of apples are mesomorphs or endomorphs.

Three types of body shape
1.Ectomorph: characterised as tall and slim/thin.
2.Endomorph: round and with a liberal waist size.
3.Mesomorph: muscular and athletic looking.

Your body shape and your body's plan is pretty much strong-minded on the day you are born.

Although you can modify your body work (the amount of fat versus the amount of muscle you hold on your body) with exercise and diet, your basic organization will always remain the same.

Tips for Pear Body Shapes

1.Choose wider neckline, such as bateau, squared, or cowl necks

2.Blouses and tops with pattern and feel draw attention to the upper body.

3.Pair light or brightly colored tops with darker bottoms for a more balanced look.

4.Boot cut or boyfriend cut jeans and pants can help create the form of leaner looking legs for pears.

5.A-line or asymmetric skirts skim the hips rather than sketch attention to them.

6.Choose jackets that fall just on top of the hip rather than longer versions.
