First requirement is having a complete set of fingers for both hands. Playing the sax requires you to have complete fingers so you can properly play the instrument. The last one is the advanced lessons where all you will learn are the most delicate and important aspect to make you a great saxophone player. You will learn to play the saxophone most especially for jazz, reggae and classical music. These are the types of music that saxophones are more famous for. The final lessons will give you the knowledge and techniques to excel as a versatile and skillful saxophone player.

The lessons in playing the saxophone take time especially if you are eager to be a great player. But even before taking the lessons, make sure you know how this instrument works, what the parts of this instrument are and how to take good care of the instrument.

Having your own saxophone to practice with will definitely be a big plus in trying to master this beautiful instrument.
