You'll go through weight gain, depression, you'll be ill-tempered and you'll likely have nightmares and insomnia.Your body will fight you for trying to quit. You have to be strong because you'll want to smoke a cigarette so bad to make those symptoms stop. If you persist with it, the nicotine will eradicate from your body and that craving will minimize to the point where you will transform into a non smoker.

Smoking Cessation Products - Cold turkey is just one of the best ways to stop smoking. There are many smoking cessation products on the market. There are patches and pills, gums and prescriptions, nasal sprays and more. If cold turkey doesn't work, if you're just not strong enough, then try one of these smoking cessation products. Just make sure you give them time to work. It's not going to happen overnight. You're going to have to take it one day at a time. Quitting smoking is a life change, it's going to be very difficult, but everyone has a different best way to stop smoking. It depends on what you respond to.

Just don't turn down, no matter what you do, and before long you'll be a non smoker. Then, you'll feel enhanced, smell better, look healthier and your food will taste better. Not only that but you'll have a lot more money in your purse because you won't be draining it on packs of cigarettes that are not doing anything more than damaging your body.
