Wheat Grass Juice

The most challenging part of juicing wheat grass and barley grass isn't juicing the grass; it's drinking the juice. Wheat grass and barley grass are an energizing tonic for cleansing and detoxifying. Wheat grass juice used as an enema helps detoxify the walls of the colon. The general procedure is to give an enema with lukewarm water. After waiting for 20 minutes, 100 to 125 m.litre of wheat grass juice enema is given. This should be retained for 15 minutes.

If you decide to try drinking wheat grass juice you will want to be taking in enough of it to notice the benefits. You will want to be taking at least one shot per day but no more then four each day. If your diet is high in dairy, meats, breads, pastas and alcohol, you may consider going on a raw foods diet for a week or two at a time. As a bonus you may want to do some research into the acid alkaline balance diet, vegetarian diet or the vegan diet.
