Correct web hosting should at least let you know in advance that you go to extremes. Unfortunately, there are such people on the Czech market, who just cut off your project and that's the end. These are usually cheap hostings for a few CZK. But what can you do if you are already developed into larger size and classical hosting is not sufficient? There are several options. It depends whether you are looking for final or temporary solution. In this case, saving money is not worth. You have to make clear what exactly you will need. What is virtual server? This is a dedicated space on physical server, on which several, separated virtual servers are running concurrently. These virtual servers have the same functionality as the dedicated server but at considerably lower acquisition costs. Virtual servers are created by means of the so-called virtualization. There are a number of virtualization technologies. One of the best technologies for creating the virtual server is Xen. This technology is independent of operating system as well as of the way of managing the RAM memory.
