Ask about monthly reporting. Will PM company provide monthly statements? It is very important and essential to that you get monthly statements so you can keep a close eye on what is going on your properties.

A PM companies have several property managers who are highly qualified and expert in their job. It is best if one manager handles your property. Ask the company about name and full address of your property manager. Communication with your property manager should be friendly. He should able to answer anytime you call.
