The popular thing to say when we see a skinny Hollywood actress like Jessica Alba is this..."she needs to put on some weight" -or- "she needs to put some meat on her bones". Is this just something we say to make people feel better about themselves for being overweight? Skinny Never Goes Out of Style...These Women Look Great I might be in the minority right now, because the media seems to focus on big (aka fat) butts right now. I think thin women look healthier than their so called curvy (aka chubby) counter parts. Thin women look great in any clothing that they wear and their faces look especially beautiful! Thin Women Look More Feminine in My Opinion A lot of people say that when a woman gets too thin she "loses her curves". I disagree! A woman with too much fat hides all the feminine features. A womans hip structure is blurred a bit with too much body fat. When her waist is small, her hips stand out more and when she has lean thighs it makes her butt look better. Being Skinny is Totally Unhealthy Really? Is it better to be overweight or "average" weight? Well...university studies are beginning to prove that theory wrong. When animals of lower body weight and lower calorie consumption are compared to animals of higher body weight, they are finding that the animals that are the lower body weight are significantly outliving their heavier counterparts. Telling Girls To Be Skinny is Sending the Wrong Message What should we tell young women? You don't want to look like Angelina Jolie because she is unhealthy. Why not let them strive for something great? I'm not encouraging eating disorders, but why not encourage a great fitness routine? We should be sending the message that it is in their best interests to get thin and fit...not aim to get a large butt! Thin and Fit Actresses Are Setting a Great Example for Women to Follow Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Garner, etc...they all look wonderful. Don't get me wrong...I like the curvier actresses too, like Scarlett Johansson and Salma Hayek...but the skinnier Hollywood actresses look just as good.
