As discussed earlier we require the smallest possible pieces of egg shell to deactivate the acids of coffee and mix it with the coffee ground. To achieve this task first of all you have to rinse the shell very well with water. Then back it at some 350 degree Fahrenheit at least for ten minutes so it decontaminated from any germs. Finally grind it well in food processor or coffee grinder.

Remember one thing never try to use egg shells without backing it at high temperature or boiled it for a period of time in hot water so it becomes free from viruses and bacteria etc. If you miss this then you may likely develop any infection after drinking the impure coffee.

Besides these you see the particular packing of egg shells ground in plastic bag or airtight containers and use it as per your necessities. Also be careful not to use in case of egg allergies.
