Diabetes is a condition in which the body has trouble controlling the level of glucose in blood. There are three types of diabetes: Type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes.

Type 1 Diabetes

Insulin is a substance that is necessary broken down our consumption of sugar into small particles so you get the most for our body to produce fuel and energy for our daily activities.

Always keep eating healthy foods in moderation. Just remember anything is too bad for our health. The oral medicines may be used in the management of type 2 diabetes as well. Take maintenance medications if necessary, even when you feel good and get a routine check to avoid problems. Diabetes can cause symptoms such as repeated urination, weight loss, excessive thirst, which is not normal that their regular consumption.
