Human evolution has taken many thousands of years to come at a stage where it is finding itself now. We are standing at the juncture where man and woman are trying to redefine the roles that they have been playing since a long time now. Women in particular are trying, or rather realizing that they have a bigger task in hand and are destined to become the significant other half rather than merely being the other half. There are many miracles that are to be achieved and there are many agendas that are still unfinished and require that graceful feminine touch to be concluded. In such times it is important that women take care of themselves in the most holistic of manner. It is not just their bodies but rather the soul and the spirit that needs to be cultivated, nourished and taken care of. It’s been a long time that this other half just played the second fiddle to the whims and fancies of their male counterparts. The result of this imbalanced approach to life is there in front of everybody’s eyes to see. We are living in a world that is full of strife, hunger, poverty, natural disasters, wars and misery. Though the world that we are living in at present is still full of many beautiful things yet it won’t be an exaggeration to say that whatever beauty is still left in this world is because of the progressive roles that women have decided time and again to play irrespective of various restrictions that the world order had placed upon them. Its time that the women give the clarion call to the sleeping world that have arrived and are ready to take on the mantle that should have been handed over to them a long time back. Women of today need more care than ever more so of their own volition than from somebody else.
