I am going to go over some of these mistakes, but the real thing you need in getting the ex back is a plan. I am going to list the three most common mistakes that a woman makes after a break up with her man, mistakes you don't want to make. 1. Do Not Become A Stalker. I know you may never dream of stalking anyone, but you got to realize your emotions may be running wild and you are not thinking clearly. You just want your ex to know you still love him and you want to make things right again. So what do you do, you start constantly calling him, or you may text or email over and over again. You may try to show up where you think he may be or call his friends trying to get a message to him. Hey woman, this is a form of stalking! This is not the way to get the ex back. Your ex will not like this and it will push him farther away from you. It is counter-productive, the more you do it the less chance you have of getting the ex back. I know you may be very angry and mad now but you have to get control of your emotions. Really the best thing you can do is agree with the break up. By agreeing with the break up it will show to him that you are mature and you have your emotions under control. Also, it will make him feel like you are in control and he may lose you. It will make him have second thoughts about the break up. 3. Taking Bad Advice. You will find a lot of your family and friends will be standing in line to give you advice on how to get the ex back. They will mean well but they just don't have the expertise or experience to help you. If you listen to all of the amateurs, then it will be very unlikely you will get the ex back.
