It is important to look at rabbit supplies if you are wanting to keep rabbits. One of the things you definitely want to have is a rabbit hutch. If you are looking at keeping more than just a single rabbit for your home, then you're going to need more than one hutch because rabbits have a tendency not to get along too well. Listed below are three absolute must need rabbit supplies that you must have in order to keep rabbits. Rabbit Hutch You need to provide your rabbit with a place to live, so you will need to get it a rabbit cage. There is a large variety of different rabbit hutches you can choose from, from small units to large units and even multilevel units.One of the biggest determinations of which cage you need is how much space you have, and how many rabbits you wish to keep. Waterers Probably one of the most important things that you need for your rabbit hutch, is a watering system. Your little guy needs water to live so providing it with inadequate water supply is vitally important. There are lots of different types of watering systems for your rabbits, some of which are automated making life a lot easier. An automated water would be nice if you have a lot of rabbits that you're raising for food supply, and you don't want to spend a lot of time going out to the hutches and filling up water bottles. If you just want something simple though, because you just you're just raising a single rabbit, then the simple type to straps to the outside of the cage of the tube coming out the bottom is optimal. The ones with a tube coming out of the bottom are the ones I always used as a kid growing up raising rabbits. Feeders Food is the last element that your rabbit needs to survive, so I believe with that said a rabbit feeder is in order. Rabbit feeders are simple things that you strap to the outside of the hutch with a hole through the cage so that none of the space for the rabbit is lost from it being inside. If you don't want to get one of the outside feeders, then you can just stick a bowl inside the food in it but this has a tendency to create quite a mass. Placing a rabbit feeder on the outside of the cage is without a doubt the most sanitary and best method of feeding your rabbit.
