Your Body Type And Your Body Type Diet

By: Jeffrey K. Bell Home | Health-and-Fitness | Weight-Loss

Doesn't it seem as is it shouldn't be so difficult to lose even the slightest amount of weight? Don't you dread the thought of having to try yet another diet? If you are simply told what to eat and it doesn't work for you, you'll chalk up a loss and go on to the next diet, creating further losses, and then think there is a problem with you, that you have poor willpower.

It's not really willpower that trips most people up. Most of us have never been taught how to properly lose weight. You're not going to stick with something that isn't working. Learning the right things to do will allow you to be successful, and give you a reason to stick with it.

Once a person has the background and understanding of how fat is burned and how health is created, they succeed. If a person is simply told to do something, they haven't been given anything of any great value. So many weight loss books say things like, "Scientific studies have shown ... " or "Everyone knows ... This approach does nothing to convey understanding. The important thing for us to understand is that there are four distinct body types. Each of us has a different body type and we must all follow our own specific body type diet in order to be successful.

The problem is that so many people attempt to cure the wrong problem. They are focusing on their weight when their weight is actually one of the symptoms. Metabolism is what we must understand in order to be successful in losing weight, because it is hormones that control our metabolism. You must learn to make your hormones work for you and not against you. Hormones are chemical messages made by the glands. We have six fat burning hormones and three fat making hormones, and each one is triggered by different things.
The body type diet is not necessarily for those who find it easy to lose weight. It is for those with an especially stubborn metabolism who will find the body type diet helpful. The body type diet is the most effective method for losing weight since it hones in on the very things that control weight loss: fat burning hormones.

Fat is a store of reserve energy, and most people are running their bodies on sugar fuel and rarely use fat fuel, yet right now you already have within your own body everything you need in order to tap into your fat reserves. You won't be triggering only one, but all six, fat burning hormones on your body type diet. This will optimize the fat burning effects to their maximum capacity. You'll not simply lose a lot of weight as a result of your body type diet, but you'll also get extremely healthy in the process of following your body type diet.

We all have unique bodies and require different solutions. We all fall into one of 4 body types so, therefore, require a different body type diet and exercise program.
You may not realize that your body's hormones have been working against you all along, causing you to become fat and creating your body type. You need to find out find out which hormone or gland is responsible for your body type and guide you to find your specific body type diet to fix the problem.

Just about any diet can work for a time. Your body type diet is so exciting because it will allow you to stay skinny as a result of the cause of your weight problem being treated. Your body type diet will stabilize your glands and hormones that have caused you to get fat to begin with. If you simply do what everyone else is doing - losing the weight without fixing the cause of the problem - the weight will just come right back. Your first and most important goal should be to strengthen your weakest gland so that you can remain at your ideal weight once it is reached.

Your energy, your sleep, your digestion, hair, skin, nails, etc. will all improve as a result of your body type diet. Why? Because it is hormones that control these body characteristics!

First, you'll learn what body type you have. You'll learn much about how it works and how it burns fat. This is the point - to not obsess over dieting and exercise, but to use food and exercise as a means of triggering your fat burning hormones with a body type diet tailored to your own unique body type diet.

It is your body, and you live inside it. Doesn't it make sense to read the manual?
